Carrier manifest application

In this section we will provide a step-by-step example on how to create a "carrier manifest" application with the Peddler API.

The objective of this section is to provide the developer a quick start to integrating their carrier service with our carrier shipment API's.

For the sake of simplicity we will utilise JavaScript language as example for demonstration as, for most developers, this should be relatively straightforward to comprehend.
